Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,437 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ESD-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBX7, ADAMTS9-AS2, and SCN7A. Each is linked with ESD in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESD-to-partner and partner-to-ESD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESD versus CBX7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
