Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,136 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ESD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-278P, USP9YP2, and IFNWP4. Each is linked with ESD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESD-to-partner and partner-to-ESD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-278P grouped by ESD-low versus ESD-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
