Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERVW-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,798 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ERVW-1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRUNE1_S399, DDX21_S89, and NFIX. Each is linked with ERVW-1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERVW-1-to-partner and partner-to-ERVW-1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERVW-1 versus PRUNE1_S399 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERVW-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERVW-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
