ERVW-1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERVW-1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,621 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERVW-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-910P, RNU6-77P, and NEURL1-AS1. Each is linked with ERVW-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERVW-1-to-partner and partner-to-ERVW-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-910P grouped by ERVW-1-low versus ERVW-1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERVW-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERVW-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
