ERVW-1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERVW-1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERVW-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECRG4, REG3A, and TSBP1. Each is linked with ERVW-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERVW-1-to-partner and partner-to-ERVW-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ECRG4 grouped by ERVW-1-low versus ERVW-1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERVW-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERVW-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
