Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERVV-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,584 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ERVV-2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition, Regulation of nucleotide metabolic process, and Regulation of cyclin-dependent protein kinase activity. Each is linked with ERVV-2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERVV-2-to-partner and partner-to-ERVV-2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition grouped by ERVV-2-low versus ERVV-2-high in STAD.
