ERVV-2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERVV-2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERVV-2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MC3R. Each is linked with ERVV-2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERVV-2-to-partner and partner-to-ERVV-2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MC3R grouped by ERVV-2-low versus ERVV-2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERVV-2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERVV-2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
