ERVV-1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERVV-1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,212 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERVV-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8053, RNA5SP420, and NDUFAF2P1. Each is linked with ERVV-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERVV-1-to-partner and partner-to-ERVV-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8053 grouped by ERVV-1-low versus ERVV-1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERVV-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERVV-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
