ERVK9-11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERVK9-11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,709 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERVK9-11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CENPV, TMC5, and NES. Each is linked with ERVK9-11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERVK9-11-to-partner and partner-to-ERVK9-11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERVK9-11 versus CENPV in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERVK9-11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERVK9-11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
