ERN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 95 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C18orf63, GPR148, and OR7E24. Each is linked with ERN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERN1-to-partner and partner-to-ERN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C18orf63 grouped by ERN1-low versus ERN1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
