Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERICH3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,658 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ERICH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPEF1, RSPH4A, and C6orf118. Each is linked with ERICH3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERICH3-to-partner and partner-to-ERICH3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERICH3 versus SPEF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERICH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERICH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
