ERICH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERICH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERICH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV2OR2-10, CHEK2P5, and OR5B19P. Each is linked with ERICH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERICH2-to-partner and partner-to-ERICH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERICH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERICH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
