ERICD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERICD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,325 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERICD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGO2, CLINT1, and FADS2. Each is linked with ERICD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERICD-to-partner and partner-to-ERICD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERICD versus AGO2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERICD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERICD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
