Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ERICD RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ERICD data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher ERICD RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ERICD expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and CESC show a favorable association.

LGG, ACC, and KIRP are the cancer types where ERICD RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
