ERI3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERI3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,950 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERI3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSH2, NASP, and RFC4. Each is linked with ERI3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERI3-to-partner and partner-to-ERI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERI3 versus MSH2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
