ERI3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERI3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR142, LHX5, and PTH. Each is linked with ERI3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERI3-to-partner and partner-to-ERI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR142 grouped by ERI3-low versus ERI3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
