The most reproducible ERI3-IT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRYBG3_S931, DHX9, and DNMBP. Each is linked with ERI3-IT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERI3-IT1-to-partner and partner-to-ERI3-IT1 results are reported.
