ERH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERH-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED28P4, ARPP19P1, and OR6R2P. Each is linked with ERH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERH-to-partner and partner-to-ERH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED28P4 grouped by ERH-low versus ERH-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERH→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
