ERG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,160 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINA4, BGN, and COL4A2. Each is linked with ERG in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERG-to-partner and partner-to-ERG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERG versus SERPINA4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERG→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
