Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERFE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 685 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ERFE-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF1P5, RNU4-45P, and GYG2P1. Each is linked with ERFE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERFE-to-partner and partner-to-ERFE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF1P5 grouped by ERFE-low versus ERFE-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERFE→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERFE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
