ERFE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERFE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERFE-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L6, OR10Q1, and DUSP21. Each is linked with ERFE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERFE-to-partner and partner-to-ERFE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L6 grouped by ERFE-low versus ERFE-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERFE→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERFE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
