EQTN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EQTN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EQTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF12, HTR1E, and OR52N5. Each is linked with EQTN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EQTN-to-partner and partner-to-EQTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF12 grouped by EQTN-low versus EQTN-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EQTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→EQTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
