Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPS15P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,167 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EPS15P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AHNAK2_S3408, INPP4B, and LAMC2. Each is linked with EPS15P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPS15P1-to-partner and partner-to-EPS15P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPS15P1 versus AHNAK2_S3408 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
