EPHA8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPHA8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,642 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC9, FAM177A1, and ZNF367. Each is linked with EPHA8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHA8-to-partner and partner-to-EPHA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC9 grouped by EPHA8-low versus EPHA8-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
