EPHA8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPHA8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,466 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNTFR, KIF1A, and GNAZ. Each is linked with EPHA8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHA8-to-partner and partner-to-EPHA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPHA8 versus CNTFR in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
