EPHA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPHA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,027 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FRMD8, LUZP1, and PLK3. Each is linked with EPHA2 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHA2-to-partner and partner-to-EPHA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPHA2 versus FRMD8 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
