Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPGN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 137 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPGN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP7, FAM204DP, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with EPGN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPGN-to-partner and partner-to-EPGN results are reported.
