EPDR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPDR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,503 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPDR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SGCD, CNN3, and COL8A1. Each is linked with EPDR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPDR1-to-partner and partner-to-EPDR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPDR1 versus SGCD in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPDR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPDR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
