Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPDR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,705 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EPDR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QTNF7, MAP1A, and SGCD. Each is linked with EPDR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPDR1-to-partner and partner-to-EPDR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPDR1 versus C1QTNF7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPDR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPDR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
