EPDR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPDR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,008 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPDR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUF1, DNAJC11, and H3P15. Each is linked with EPDR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPDR1-to-partner and partner-to-EPDR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUF1 grouped by EPDR1-low versus EPDR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPDR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPDR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
