EPCAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPCAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,438 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPCAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1225, RNU6-1123P, and BNIP3P41. Each is linked with EPCAM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPCAM-to-partner and partner-to-EPCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1225 grouped by EPCAM-low versus EPCAM-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
