EPC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,788 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SIN3A, EPS15_S221, and VEZF1. Each is linked with EPC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPC2-to-partner and partner-to-EPC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPC2 versus SIN3A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
