EPC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,120 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1207P, LINC02598, and ZNF670. Each is linked with EPC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPC2-to-partner and partner-to-EPC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1207P grouped by EPC2-low versus EPC2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
