EPB42

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPB42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,198 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPB42-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGAP6, HERC2P9, and RAD51-AS1. Each is linked with EPB42 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPB42-to-partner and partner-to-EPB42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPB42 versus AGAP6 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPB42→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPB42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
