Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPB42 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,484 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EPB42-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBA2, HBA1, and HBB. Each is linked with EPB42 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPB42-to-partner and partner-to-EPB42 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPB42 versus HBA2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPB42→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPB42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
