EPAS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPAS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,189 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DBNDD1, PTTG1, and SFXN1. Each is linked with EPAS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPAS1-to-partner and partner-to-EPAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DBNDD1 grouped by EPAS1-low versus EPAS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
