EOLA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EOLA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 908 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EOLA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, NUDT19P2, and RN7SL303P. Each is linked with EOLA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EOLA2-to-partner and partner-to-EOLA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EOLA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EOLA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
