ENPP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ENPP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENPP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOD1, IFNA7, and IFNA4. Each is linked with ENPP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPP4-to-partner and partner-to-ENPP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYOD1 grouped by ENPP4-low versus ENPP4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENPP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENPP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
