ENPEP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ENPEP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENPEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLX3, FSHR, and OR5K2. Each is linked with ENPEP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPEP-to-partner and partner-to-ENPEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TLX3 grouped by ENPEP-low versus ENPEP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENPEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENPEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
