ENOX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENOX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,534 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL5, C6orf99, and RASSF1-AS1. Each is linked with ENOX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENOX2-to-partner and partner-to-ENOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL5 grouped by ENOX2-low versus ENOX2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
