ENO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENO3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,131 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND3P3, SPCS2P2, and MIR4648. Each is linked with ENO3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENO3-to-partner and partner-to-ENO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND3P3 grouped by ENO3-low versus ENO3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
