Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENKUR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,819 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ENKUR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC114, CDHR3, and TTLL9. Each is linked with ENKUR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENKUR-to-partner and partner-to-ENKUR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENKUR versus CCDC114 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENKUR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENKUR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
