Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ENKUR RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ENKUR data layer compared with 1 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ENKUR RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ENKUR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and UCEC show a favorable association.

BLCA, SCLC, and KIRP are the cancer types where ENKUR RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
