Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENHO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENHO-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A52, TRHR, and LINC02873. Each is linked with ENHO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENHO-to-partner and partner-to-ENHO results are reported.
