ENG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,361 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6821, MIR4304, and TMEM174. Each is linked with ENG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENG-to-partner and partner-to-ENG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6821 grouped by ENG-low versus ENG-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENG→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
