ENDOG

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENDOG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,381 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENDOG-associated genes across cancer lineages are COQ4, URM1, and TUBB4B. Each is linked with ENDOG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENDOG-to-partner and partner-to-ENDOG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENDOG versus COQ4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENDOG→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENDOG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
