ENDOG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENDOG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENDOG-associated genes across cancer lineages are F8A2, LINC00160, and LINC01385. Each is linked with ENDOG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENDOG-to-partner and partner-to-ENDOG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, F8A2 grouped by ENDOG-low versus ENDOG-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENDOG→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENDOG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
