Across TCGA cell cohorts, EMX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSGN1, RBMY1J, and SCN10A. Each is linked with EMX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMX1-to-partner and partner-to-EMX1 results are reported.
