EMP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,293 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BSPRY, TRIM16, and IFFO1. Each is linked with EMP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMP3-to-partner and partner-to-EMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EMP3 versus BSPRY in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
