EMP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 203 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P32, MIR6780B, and TBRG1. Each is linked with EMP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMP3-to-partner and partner-to-EMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P32 grouped by EMP3-low versus EMP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
